 Dedicated Aluminum Repair Environment

 The Aluminum Repair Station is an economical and effective method for the capture of fumes and is dedicated to aluminum vehicle repair.

OEM's have been using new metals such as high-strength steel, aluminum and boron to reduce the weight of vehicles while maintaining and improving safety parameters. These new metals require special repair techniques and equipment, including dedicated tools and separate area to avoid contamination.

Dual skin insulated panel construction
- Smooth fit and finish gives the spray booth an impressive overall appearance and minimize areas where overspray and dust could collect

White pre-coated galvanized steel
- White coating diffuses light better than uncoated steel, reducing reflections and glare
- Weld-free construction prevents rusting and improves paintbooth strength

Heavy-duty 4-wing entrance door with observation windows
- One side access door with observation window

Sixteen 6-tube inside-accessible ETL listed light fixtures with energy efficient electronic ballasts

Solid back or drive-thru available

 

   Eurovac self-locking fume arm:

 Self supporting fume arms provide an economical and effective method for the capture of fumes. Contaminants are removed at the source. Arm is equipped with a 1000CFM exhaust fan which is interlocked with cabin exhaust to balance room pressure.

Features:

-Fabricated of steel with cast aluminum joints
- Arm joints include friction discs and are fully adjustable (operator sets the arm tension)
- Arms include handle with completely encircles the hood in order to facilitate easy repositioning from all sides
- 6" diameter x 14' fume arm with 12" hood diameter
- All joints include a 2000Fº rated hose which is gear clamped to the tube
- Hood is equipped for the installation of an optional light and on/off exhaust control
